Product Description
A skin packaging system designed primarily for hardware, electronics, and other non-food type applications. This is a two stage process, with the products loaded onto a printed card, then covered and vacuumed tightly to the card by a pre-glued film. The second phase of the operation is to die-cut the card to finished size using the Mini-cut 400 die cutter. Both systems are single phase 10amps, 4500W total and require air at 80 PSI. Powder coated finish. Plate seal dimensions of 495mm long x 350 wide x 80 mm high. Utilises 350mm wide Surlyn HAC film in 90um or 140um.
