Product Description
This automatic side sealer replaces an automatic L-Bar to seal products before entering a shrink tunnel and is capable of pack rates up to 60 per minute. Utilises a HMI (Human Machine Interface Control System) PLC to control all of the electronic functions and machine diagnostics – this ensures a constant pack rate with less sealing failure due to poor setup or maintenance.
- Seal dimensions of unlimited length x 400mm wide x 150mm high.
- Physical dimensions 2450mm long x 1300mm wide x 1700mm high.
- Three phase 20amp power and compressed air at 80PSI required.
